HEALTH – your genes are the blueprint but you are the architect. If you want to build a stronger house – a better house – YOU can change the blueprint to build the house you want. Use the right materials (real food) and ask for help from the best contractors (doctors, exercise, coaches, or trainers).
NATURAL LIVING – our world is filled with toxins that affect our health daily. These are just some of the ways you can avoid them and live as naturally as possible.
HEALTH TIPS – not all the conditions require medicine but conservative and gentle remedies can do the trick for preventing and managing common ailments. They are not invasive and you probably have all the ingredients right in your cupboards.
HEALTHY EATING TIPS – as Socrates once said, “Let food thy be your medicine, and let your medicine be thy food.” Eat real food and let them help you be healthy.
RECIPES – eat real food and try to cook at home as often as you can so that you can control what you eat. It’s a sure way to avoid allergies and cross contamination. Here are recipes for a variety of diet styles: omnivore, vegetarian, Paleo, GAPS, or AIP. There will be more recipes added regularly so check back often.
