Korean
Korean food is inherently healthy and very Paleo-friendly. My children can have Korean food without any health issues even if they contain allergens that bother them in other foods. Dishes like Kalbi, Kalbijjim, Kimchi can be made without soy sauce but since soy sauce is fermented, my children can tolerate it in these dishes.
You can always find ingredients in local stores now but if you can't, you can easily substitute with ingredients you already have.
