Japanese seasoning furikake is one of my all time favorite condiment that goes with everything. You'll love it on eggs, rice, and soups. Once you make a batch at home, you'll never buy another bottle at the store.
1tablespooncrushed dried shrimp or powder(optional)
8squaresSeasoned Seaweed Snack(See Notes below)
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Store in a glass jar in a cool and dark place. If using unseasoned nori, Furikake should last for a few months. If using seasoned seaweed, Furikake will last for a couple of months.
Notes
If unseasoned nori is unavailable, you can use the seasoned seaweed snacks. I love Gim brand or organic Kirkland brand from Costo since the oils are organic and Non-GMO.
