Eggs are easy to make in the Instant Pot and Herbes de Provence makes a tasty and fancy eggs that's flavorful and soft in the Instant Pot. Perfect for breakfast and as a side too!

Ingredients

large eggs

heavy cream

onion

cooked ham or bacon

chopped kale leaves

cheddar cheese

Herbes de Provence
⅛
teaspoon
sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Whisk eggs with heavy cream
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a heatproof dish and cover.
Add one cup of water in the Instant Pot
Place the trivet or steamer basket inside.
Close the lid tightly, close the vent valve
Press "Manual" on HIGH pressure for 20 minutes and let the steam release naturally (NPR.)
Serve immediately.
